Everyone Training Hard.

So, here we are into the New Year of 2015.  We had a good response at the Buntingford Karate Club when we came back after the Christmas holidays – they must be working off that Christmas excess!

Our newest members are turning up regularly I am pleased to say and, although they are struggling with our Martial Art, they are coming along just fine.

I have been introducing some rather more complicated basics into the training as I am sure that everyone gets fed up from time to time with the single line attack formation that we tend to adopt. I hope that people take to it as it makes the lessons more interesting and stretches people more.
