Harry works towards Black Belt

Hi All. In the lead up to getting his Black Belt I asked Harry to take the lesson for the Buntingford Karate Club.  Harry responded with an action packed lesson that certainly had the members sweating!

It was a good balanced lesson and both Harry and the members enjoyed it. Harry gave them a wide range of combination basics and them put them through their Kata paces ending the lesson with Freestyle fighting.

He remembered to give lots of water breaks and showed some concern if members were struggling. A good all round performance.
