CJ goes mudplugging

Hi Folks.  Last weekend CJ, the resident Weapons Expert at the Buntingford Karate Club, went on an eleven and a half mile run over 23 obstacles and through mud, slop, lakes, smoke, electric charges, tunnels, scramble nets, monkey bars and many other ghastly obstacles to raise money for a charity dealing with cancerous brain tumours.  Was he successful?…..Of course he was.

What a great achievement! We are all very proud of him.

Unfortunately we do not, as yet, have a picture of him covered in mud. When we do we’ll post it here. So, in the meantime, here’s a picture of some mud! Hang on….is that his head?
